What is the delivery time for my order?

For most locations, delivery will take 3 to 4 business days after shipping, excluding Sundays and holidays. If your item weighs over 2 kilos or is a large volume, it might take a couple of days longer. For more remote areas, delivery may take 5 to 7 days depending on the location.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it, but only if the item is damaged. To process a return or replacement, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned or replaced under any condition.

How can I track my order?

We will email you the courier company’s name and the tracking number to your registered email address. If you don’t receive an email from us within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Sometimes, tracking information may not appear online for up to 24 hours, so please be patient until the courier company scans your package.

How can I place an order?

To place an order on our website, select the product you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your personal details, and review your order. Once all your details are correct, continue to the payment section, choose your preferred payment method, and complete the order.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by location and apply to all orders. However, we offer free shipping on orders of ₹399 and above.

What is your refund policy?

We will inspect your item as soon as it arrives and notify you that we have received your returned item. Vi-John's policy is to only replace damaged items and provide a replacement. Customers receive refunds only in exceptional circumstances.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery for certain locations. The availability of COD will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If you miss the delivery, the courier company will attempt to redeliver your package. Alternatively, they may leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or pick up your package from a nearby location.
