Returns & Replacement

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item will be returned/replaced only in the case of damaged goods. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Open and used products cannot be returned/replaced under any condition.

Refunds & Replacement

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. As a policy, we at Vi-John will replace only damaged items and provide with a replacement. Only under exceptional circumstances, refunds are made to the customers.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your return/refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a re-shipment of the product. In case of refunds, a refund will be made to your credit card (or original method of payment). The  refund will be initiated in 1-5 working days depending on the banks.
